It occurs to me after reading what I have posted that both people who read this blog are asking themselves why I bothered, or what my motivation was. While every action or assertion likely has multiple layers and explanations, I am going to stand by the idea that the post is a metaphorical construct which mirrors the dilemma of voters who are contemplating the 2024 election.
